ABOUT CAROLYN
Carolyn Hendrickson is Lawson Hatch’s Experience Coordinator, bringing warmth, energy, and deep community roots to the firm’s client relationships and outreach efforts. A Central New York native and Syracuse University graduate, Carolyn has spent more than thirty years building connections across the financial services and nonprofit sectors, including meaningful work with the Rescue Mission of Syracuse and the Upstate Foundation.
In her role at Lawson Hatch, Carolyn serves as a bridge between the firm and the wider community. She is a passionate advocate for senior adults and their families—understanding firsthand the importance of planning, support, and trusted relationships during life’s most significant transitions. Her background in community engagement makes her a natural connector between clients and the care and resources they need.
Carolyn is known for her kind and patient demeanor, her genuine investment in the people she works with, and her ability to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and building the community relationships that are at the heart of everything she does.
